What David Believes In

This is an exciting time for Billings and with your help we can build a prosperous future.

We need to strengthen the trust between the Council and our city by demonstrating fiscal responsibility and transparent leadership.

We need to ensure a public safety culture that is both efficient and effective in meeting the expectations of residents and businesses alike.

We need to prioritize those efforts that provide greater opportunities for business investment, promote increased public/private partnerships and ensure downtown Billings remains an anchor for our community.
